Abigail Pearce

BA (Hons) Illustration

BA Illustration work by Abigail Pearce showing a character sitting on their bed facing a window, contemplating getting up.

I am a creative individual that finds great joy in making new things and working with like-minded individuals. During my time at university, I had the good fortune to experiment with various media and methods of creating work. From this, I have found I particularly enjoy working digitally, using Adobe software to create work that can be applied to a variety of contexts.

As a result of studying Illustration at university, I have had the opportunity to develop many personal and professional skills. Two of the skills I feel have benefited me the most during my education are flexibility and adaptability; changing and adapting my work and practice to a multitude of situations has allowed me to become a much more capable and confident illustrator.
