Pattern Design by Charlotte Standen, showing a colourful array of playful illustrations. With teacups as toadstool, oversized lips and florals- the work feels like an escape into an imaginary world.
Award Winner Badge

I am a Print Designer, specialising in image making and conversational design. My work is heavily inspired by story telling, and working with both digital and physical drawing techniques, I aim to produce prints that create imaginative narratives. I am particularly skilled in research and writing, which allows me to effectively communicate insights and ideas.

Print Design by Charlotte Standen. This images continues the surrealist theme by featuring the designed fabric being poured from a bright orange teapot.

My background in mathematics also enables me to excel in analysing data and identifying current design patterns.
My latest work combines my print design skills with interest in trend analysis to produce a selection of trend stories that reflect our present global design preferences.
I am eager to learn and grow as a designer and moving forward I hopes to work for an in-house print design team.

Print Design by Charlotte Standen, There is the main repeat featuring brightly coloured toadstool tea cups, alongside its coordinates and a cup and saucer also featuring the toadstool print.
A portfolio board by Charlotte Standen for her collection toadstool tea party, featuring her initial drawings of bright florals, teacups, mushrooms and lips and a poem she wrote to accompany her work.
