Chloe Summer
BA (Hons) Fine Art
My art exists in ether and pixels, has been lost but found, merges historical antiquity, myths and events within my contemporary outlook of objects, atmosphere, nature and technological context. Photography being one of the cores within my art.
Another Vital element of my practice is mysticism and ethereal. Following my intuition of process, imagination, spiritual urge, and the multiple worlds and realms of life.
Colour, detail, and Classical sculptures are a high aspect of my practice too, even though the monuments are usually a washed-out tone, the atmosphere of the scene is usually produced with rich colours and layers of detail, mainly from layering mine or found images within a digital software.
For GradFest22, I pushed myself to explore a more personal approach within religion and short video editing with audio in Premier Pro. I achieved this by connecting still images, short videos and audios I had taken throughout my three years at Norwich University of The Arts.
