BA (Hons) Games Art and Design
I am a passionate 3D artist with a previous graphic design background who is interested in all areas of the game asset creation workflow, specialising in prop design. Throughout my 4 years I have honed successful design skills and developed proficiency in appropriate programs including Maya, Zbrush and the Substance package.
For me, 3D modelling started mainly as a hobby where I would create models for game mods during my time throughout college and my graphic design apprenticeship. After completing my apprenticeship, I felt that game design was what I really wanted to do. Enrolling on the game design course at Norwich University of the Arts has been vital for developing my skills as an independent 3D artist as well as part of a team, working together to develop our skills as artists within games. All of this has been preparation for working to the professional standard that the games industry requires.
