BA (Hons) Illustration
Throughout my BA Illustration degree, I’ve identified my practice with narrating the mind, creating a dialogue through ongoing research of psychology towards human consciousness. My practice has grown through reflecting inner conflicts created by intuitive movements; my core aim is to identify visual communication through self reflections and therapeutic outlet.
I’m interested in pursuing either Art Psychotherapy, Painting or Art and Science Masters, focusing on a development in academic subjects within a creative field. Something I want to address further is my research into neurological aspects of surreal art styles, questioning how the mind works in relation to creating intuitive movement, through therapeutic and meditative forms.
Research from my dissertation on Human Consciousness, led to further development of research within a Historical/Etymology context, which has impacted my contemporary neurological explorations, pushing boundaries within a non-linear illustration field.
