Before graduating from Norwich University if the Arts’ BA Film and Moving Image Production course, I was able to find an excitement in organisation and management, which led me to choose my specialism as a Producer. This made me able to gain confidence in my role because of the support from the lecturers. A future goal of mine is to work in the casting industry, leading towards adaptation filmmaking, where I can use my skills of organisation and communication to my advantage.

In total, during my time at Norwich, I have worked as a Producer on six of our projects. This has helped to build my confidence in this specific part of the industry, while also helping me to learn elements of the other specialisms because of the need for communication from them, and encouraging them to come to me if they had any issues.
