Filipe Morais

BA (Hons) Games Art and Design

Final year project by Filipe Morais showing a dark dimly lit bar scene from a 1920s prohibition speakeasy.

I specialise in 3D prop design and have skills in environmental design. I am confident in my abilities with Autodesk Maya and Zbrush, as well as Substance Painter, Substance Designer and Unreal Engine. I am interested in creating a range of assets for adventure/RPG games, where my work can become a part of a larger world. My work has been greatly influenced by games such as Fallout, the Sinking City and Resident Evil.

My university degree has given me the opportunity to expand my understanding of efficient creative practices and given me the opportunity to work in close collaboration with colleagues, such as participating in game jams. I want to join a studio where I can work closely with others, contributing to larger projects.
