My creative process involves splicing together various colourful hand-made textures that form bold shapes and quirky characters. I have developed a style that can adapt to different projects using bright shades and analogue collage to stand out from the crowd. Completing my course of study has allowed me to thrive when multi-tasking and apply my work to various avenues such as children’s books and surface patterns. I have shown how I can create exciting work quickly and effectively to meet deadlines. I have excellent software skills, including Photoshop and InDesign, that help enhance my work, using a balance of traditional and digital outcomes. Partaking in live briefs and group projects has allowed me to become a valuable team member, using clear communication skills to ensure the best outcome. My creativity and experimentation drive me; I would like to join a company that appreciates the charm of craft making and enjoys both character and surface pattern design.
