I am an aspiring Fashion Buyer, specialising in trend forecasting and styling.
I wish to work in international multi-brand stores.
Influenced by my cultural background, I am a trend-sensitive person who loves to research new brands and products which leads to my final major project.
My Final Major Project focuses on fashion buying by proposing a new online based multi-brand store introducing non-Korean brands to South-Korean consumers. The brand name ‘RYOM’ is generated from my name Haryom. Brand ‘RYOM’ aims to create a friendly platform with consumers sharing a similar taste in fashion and to focus on ‘curation’ as a main function of a multi-brand store. The idea of the brand ‘RYOM’ was generated through the fact that most of the online-based multi-brand stores are in a big scale stocking a number of brands and products which could sometimes be overwhelming.
