Katrin Vladimirova Dimitrova

BA (Hons) Fashion

I draw my inspiration from real stories told and experienced - story of the terrible diagnosis of CANCER.

My specialism is bespoke women’s wear with a focus on surface design/print as well as telling a story through my clothes, trying to make the impossible possible. The focus of my final collection is the journey and the experience you have to go through even if you didn’t know it has happened and is happening, you still remain whole in all your glamour.

I am inspired by a personal story with bad memories of the past and a new blow from the future.

I draw my inspiration from real stories told and experienced. I put all my heart and soul into creating each design, from the first sketch to the very end I hope to be noticed and appreciated, and one day my designs to be on the big stage and called Haute Couture.

Katrin was shortlisted for the Childrenswear Award at Graduate Fashion Week 2022.

Purity, glamor, elegant, minimalist and luxury.
Designs remain beautiful and exquisite - this way we should stay in our struggle.
The metal represents the inconvenience that this diagnosis brings.
