BA (Hons) Games Art and Design
While pursuing a specialism in environment and asset design, I have come to develop a fondness for 3D modelling that will now become a core element of my artistic career. Through my time at NUA, and with my newfound skills in 3D art, I am pursuing a physical artistic profession in the form of providing a 3D printing service. However, my ability to produce game ready environments and assets will not be lost and I will continue my game art practice in the form of the work I have produced from my degree.
Going forward as a graduate I have really narrowed down my specialism and it will take shape in the form of material creation and prop design; these are my strongest artistic disciplines in this field. Especially with prop design I can work towards the digital medium of games and physical medium of 3D printed models for tabletop games and so the focus of my graduate career will be in prop design, making material creation a secondary focus.
