BA (Hons) Fine Art
My university degree has developed and expanded my creative practice across a range of media with a focus on project-based work. I am interested in the transient and ephemeral nature of objects, materials, and elements in the world around me, particularly in the unseen or forgotten history of an area, site or thing.
I have a thirst for the depth and range of outcomes research can facilitate, my empathetic and inquisitive nature often leading to a ‘dig deep’ approach to research. Lockdown conditions have facilitated and prepared me to work remotely with confidence across a variety of platforms but I have also enjoyed sharing knowledge with others online and in person, supporting individuals to challenge ‘I can’t’ barriers to creativity and expression. I am highly organised, conscientious and have a drive to succeed.
I would like to work on specific and detail-oriented projects particularly those sites specific, historically, psychogeographically or biographically.
