Mila Meijerink is a research-driven fashion marketeer, passionate about relationships between brands and consumers. She explores sustainable methods to tackle some of the industry’s most prevalent issues. Mila’s final major project explores how Birkenstock can modernise its marketing and strategy through public relations, physical, digital, and consumer-led strategy. Her community-led campaign places innovation at the forefront and introduces a more playful side to Birkenstock. The campaign puts forward an immersive physical space and a series of events that appeals to sustainably led consumers. Moving forward, Mila wants to continue to work in Public Relations and strategic communications for future-thinking brands.
