Nat Dalkiewicz

BA (Hons) Graphic Communication

Three small applied posters in the form of guerrilla advertising, comparing the sustainability campaign with a fast fashion store known for greenwashing.

During my time at NUA, I have learnt a lot and developed my practice in line with the activist side of what I do, while also finding a particular interest in typography and copywriting. I’m extremely ideas focused and constantly on my feet doing something new, whether that be video editing, blog writing, or facilitating workshops and working to make change.

I have used the skills developed through my degree to my advantage; to make more powerful statements and teach or spread awareness through the form of art, design, and type. I have also been an editorial team member on Storehouse Issue 24 ‘Play’, as well as having my work and article featured in the magazine, further allowing me to use my skills in editorial design and copywriting.

Presentation of type treatment for the International Spy Museum, using halftone images of famous spies and hiding an eye inside the type.
Three posters shown in context on a dark grey wall, showcasing the museum and specific exhibitions.
Breakdown of type made up of overlayed text saying 'tricky to pronounce' three times on a red, black, and yellow gradient background, with each type becoming more distorted.
