BA (Hons) Graphic Design
Oliver Grand
My experience at NUA studying BA Graphic Design has developed my passion for packaging design and visual identities. My main skills include the Adobe suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere Pro), photography and illustration.
My most valued project was the competition brief set by JDO where I created a Japanese inspired gin brand called RYU. Another interest of mine is aquascaping (creating an underwater landscape), which I applied to a re-brand project of my local aquascaping shop, Scaped Nature. I have also created my own social media presence with my aquascaping account (@tscape_), where I document my own aquascapes and share my knowledge with my followers. Finally, Tom Breezer was a visual identity project I designed for a Norfolk sailboat hire company. I researched into the Norfolk dialect and named the company after the Norfolk saying for dragonfly.
