I’m Phoebe, a 2D animator and Illustrator based in Norwich!

Throughout my time at university, I have been working to improve my skills in animation programs such as TVPaint, Toonboom and After Effects, aiming myself toward a career in televised animation. In the future, I aspire to make my own cartoon based on my Elemental Fairies concept.
