This year, I explored alternative career paths and decided to use my knowledge in Gameplay Development to kickstart my Audio Programming journey. While teaching myself using resources such as articles and videos, I documented my work on YouTube to give back to the community & build my portfolio.

As part of my final project for University, I enjoyed encapsulating some of the techniques and features covered over on my YouTube channel while simultaneously exploring new technologies such as the Soundscape subsystem, alongside Gameplay Tags and Data Tables. Due to the lack of documentation, a significant amount of problem-solving, time management, and resilience was needed to deliver an immersive auditory experience. Credits can be found under “Ashunara Project Showcase (UE5 Audio Programming)” on my YouTube.

Overall, this was another excellent opportunity for me to continue to challenge myself in my creative outcomes, take risks, and incorporate technology in new and innovative ways.
