BA (Hons) Illustration
Rose Woollcombe Mundy
Throughout my degree I have used found imagery and collage as illustration, often contrasting old material with current Twenty-first Century topics. In my final year I have focused predominantly on layout design, creating a magazine based on housing, using a photocopier to construct the illustrations. I have used my degree to develop software skills in Adobe Photoshop, inDesign and Illustrator and to learn why collage is such an effective way of working. I enjoy working in collaborative teams, having designed an exhibition catalogue with a group of peers and helping curate two cross-course exhibitions outside university, and hope to be able to work in a studio within a team as I start my career.
