I am primarily concerned with drawing, painting and sculptural processes. I consider my approach intuitive which allows my work to be changeable while retaining my visual identity. I am interested in the way in which a work can unfold when I relinquish control over the material and allow the process to dictate the outcome.

Currently, I am exploring the impact that ready-made objects can have on traditional painting methods and making those objects part of the painting process. These objects bring their own qualities to the construction of the image leading me to question the role of myself as a painter.
