Yuyu is an aspiring artist based in Norwich, UK but originally from Hong Kong.

She is a practising sculptor, focused on the manipulation of paper due to her interest in the accessibility of paper as a medium. This labour intensive process highlights the relationships between the maker and the artwork, thus it impacts the audience’s interpretation. Yuyu attempts to visualise experience with her sculptures. As she sees herself as a sponge, absorbing her surroundings to fit in, her creative processes enabled her to release her inner thoughts.
