Abbigale Anderson-Critchell

BA (Hons) Graphic Design

Illustrative bottle label for 'Orme Vodka', showing a top-down view of spiral staircase, with relevant type surrounding it.

I’m a Graphic Design graduate with a passion for storytelling through packaging and brand identity. My three years studying at Norwich University of the Arts have allowed me to develop my creative process to a professional standard, without sacrificing the unique playful charm I like to bring to the projects I work on.

A photo of a leaflet, bottle and box for Orme Vodka. All following the illustrative spiral staircase theme.

During my time at Norwich University of the Arts, I’ve learnt how to utilise my previous skills in traditional and digital illustration in combination with graphic design. This has allowed me to reach project outcomes that have real personality and character behind them.

I consider myself to be a very dedicated and motivated designer, I have learnt to be resilient with tricky briefs and rarely stop working on a project until I am genuinely proud of the results.

A photo of the inside of the Orme Vodka leaflet. When unfolded the type is oriented differently on each page with the staircase illustration appearing like an optical illusion.
A bright and bold logo for Underworld, featuring silhouettes of crowd surfers within stretched out type.
Four bars of Rococo Chocolate. Packaging features typography made from rococo-inspired illustrations, to form an inverted R.
