Having recently completed the 4-year course for my bachelor’s degree studying Film & Moving Image, I discovered my specialism to be Directing. I have gained knowledge, skills and understanding about what this specialism requires. Ranging from blocking a set with actors to making decisions on what shots I wanted to capture and collaborating as a team.

I’ve understood during my time at university that I love to tell stories through writing scripts but also by bringing these scripts to life on screen through my main specialism of Directing. I always try to focus on the characters that I’m putting into a story, to try and make the audience care about them. That’s why I quite like working within the Horror and drama genres as these are the 2, I enjoy the most.

Throughout my journey here at Norwich University of the Arts, I’ve directed and written 3 short films, a music video and an independent film that I funded in my own time. All of which you can view in this showreel.
